Bunk House Structures, Inc. – Inflatable Structure Products
Effective Date: October 1, 2025
Applies to: All inflatable shelter products sold by Bunk House Structures, Inc.
Warranty Coverage
Bunk House Structures, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its inflatable shelter products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase.
This limited warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Bunk House Structures, Inc., or authorized distributors or dealers.
What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects in seams, valves, and structural components.

Material degradation not caused by misuse or environmental damage.

Defective zippers, fasteners, or integrated components.
What Is Not Covered
-
Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage.

Punctures, tears, or abrasions caused by external objects or animals.

Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Normal wear and tear, including fading or cosmetic changes.
-
Damage caused by extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.
-
Damage caused by lack of, or improper tie-down procedures.
Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must:

Contact Bunk House Structures, Inc. at info@bunkhousestructures.com or (888) 502-2865.

Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Submit photos or videos of the defect, if requested.

Ship the product to Bunk House Structures, Inc. if required. (If the product is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, Bunk House Structures, Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or defective part at no charge. Customers may be required to communicate via phone, and/or video teleconference to assist in the troubleshooting of the defective item. Bunk House Structures may also request a site visit to inspect and/or repair the defective item)
Limitations of Liability
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. Bunk House Structures, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Bunk House Structures, Inc. is headquartered.
3-Year Limited Warranty
Bunk House Structures, Inc. – Air Conditioning Products & Accessories
Effective Date: October 1, 2025 Applies to: All air conditioning units and accessories sold by Bunk House Structures, Inc.
Warranty Coverage
Bunk House Structures, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its air conditioning products and accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Bunk House Structures, Inc. or authorized distributors or dealers and when used in conjunction with Bunk House inflatable shelter systems.
What Is Covered

Defects in electrical components, motors, and internal systems.

Manufacturing defects in housing, controls, and integrated parts.

Failures due to normal use under recommended operating conditions.
What Is NOT Covered
-
Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper installation.

Use of the product outside of its intended purpose or environment.
-
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or discoloration.

Damage from power surges, lightning, improper electrical power, or other environmental hazards.

Filters, batteries, and other consumable components
Warranty Claims Process

Ship the product or defective part to Bunk House Structures, Inc. if required. Bunk House Structures may also request a site visit to inspect and/or repair the defective item)
Limitations of Liability
