The Sectional: The Ultimate Drop Stitch, High-Capacity Rapid-Deploy Shelter

When your mission expands, your workspace needs to follow suit. Whether you are managing a large-scale event or a critical field operation, The Sectional provides the rugged, flexible, and insulated space required to get the job done.
As the larger cousin of our patent-pending Bunk House, The Sectional is purpose-built for situations that require extra space, increased personnel capacity, and maximum operational flexibility.

Performance Driven by Drop Stitch Technology
The Sectional is constructed using Drop Stitch Double Wall Fabric (DWF). Originally designed for aviation, advances in manufacturing have finally made this technology affordable, delivering performance advantages you won't find in traditional structures.
Once inflated, the panels become completely air-tight and rigid, forming a heavy-duty exterior shell. This design offers several key benefits:
Superior Insulation: The 6" wall thickness and internal air gap allow our structures to outperform traditional PVC-lined tents by 7–15x.
Climate Efficiency: High thermal resistance allows the interior to be heated or cooled efficiently using smaller units, significantly reducing operating costs.
Unmatched Rigidity: Firm, pressurized walls provide superior performance against snow and ice loads.
Vertical Wall Design: Unlike traditional tents that lean inward for stability, our vertical walls maximize every inch of usable interior space.
Versatility for Any Mission
The Sectional is highly versatile and can be adapted to meet a wide range of operational needs. Its open interior allows users to configure the space freely, with almost no limitations on the equipment or layout you choose to house.

We have supported field operations across various sectors, including:
Field Hospitals
Mobile Command Centers
Sleeping Quarters
Temporary Office Spaces
Pet Shelters
Rapid Deployment and Storage
Despite its size, The Sectional is designed for speed and safety. It features no pinch points, eliminating common setup risks, and requires minimal training.
2 Section | 3 Section | |
Dimensions | 13' x 20' | 20' x 20' |
Weight | Approx. 950 lbs | Approx. 1400 lbs |
Setup Time | Under 20 Minutes | About 20 Minutes |
Storage Size | 48" x 48" x 72" | 60" x 60" x 84" |
Note on Expansion: While it is physically possible to add sections later, the process requires unpinning, heavy equipment, and additional floor sections. To save on labor and time, we highly recommend identifying your required size at the time of order.
Transport and Logistics
Moving a structure this rugged requires the right tools. Because of its weight, we recommend using ProPac's "Big Blue" Powered Tent Cart. This battery-powered, off-road capable cart features a 2,200 lb capacity and a 4,000 lb winch to secure the shelter during transport. It can even rotate vertically to simplify loading and unloading in tight spaces.
